I guess Canada and Germany do not have engineers that can do math. cleantechnica.com I'll counter that my guess is Canada and Germany's engineers are not using historic data. The author you quote admits he ignores the recent "spike" in pricing. But Europe's prices show what price the market will bear. And that's in summer in support of one small nation against another. Winter likely will bring higher prices still. Now imagine what price might be supported to try to ameliorate the droughts, floods, storms, and consequential floods we're starting to experience as result of fossil fuel combustion.
