I read Turdley's piece, and explained why it is "evidence" establishing "facts" by use of an attachment to a pleading. Part of the "filing" as you called it.

Give up. Go back to bookkeeping or whatever it is you do. And, ignore the Turdley whore. He's steering you wrong, and he's making money at it, to boot.
