People who have less than two dollars to their name can still eat at McDonald's on their own dime without needing to beg.

For a buck and change, one can purchase not only a chicken sandwich, but also a 30 minute vacation from the streets and the weather, access to a restroom and free water, a greater degree of safety and security than can be found on the streets or in homeless shelters, a comfortable place to sit and relax.

Even just enough change for a cup of coffee is a more tremendous blessing than the affluent can possibly appreciate.

20 years of no COLA on SS and that's what you get.

Put a MD's is a dead Mall and turn the shops into assisted living.

It's a winner.

Section 8 the whole thing and let the taxpayers eat the cost. What's not to like? Blackstone? R U listening?
