What public statement do you think it's making? The node only know'd what Jonathan Turdley says about the alleged "public statement" made by attaching a photo to a pleading the government filed. So, no sense wasting your time probing the node...he don't know'd until some stooge tells him what the concern of the day might be.

Mere photographs used to seem condemning. But today, it is just the beginning of another in a long series of false accusations. Today, we are at a place where no innocent Republican is safe, and no guilty Democrat is vulnerable. These positions that I, and 10s of millions of others just like me -- have concluded are necessary, were not taken lightly. We came to these conclusions only after years of lies and misrepresentations by people just like you, liberal Democrats who make your decisions based on party, not based on truth. Of all the leftists posting here, you are the one I thought most likely could avoid the psychosis, yet you haven't and I now see you as a lost cause. You're no different from CJ or Bentway or the rest -- so committed to your dogma you cannot look at facts anymore. You must seek out partisan Kool Aid. Sad state to be in, and I'm thankful I'm not there, but I hate to see intelligent individuals sucked in by it. Yet, it happens routinely. Anyone who has been part of the bureaucracy is at a very high risk, and only a few can shake it. May the Force be with you. You will need it going forward.
