USF people should look at the TTRIF thread and quote/news release. USF has found a cost affective way to dispose of sludge from all of the sewage treatment plants they manage. This process will save USF the cost of sludge disposal which in turn will increase their bottom line. In the future, it is possible that USF will purchase TTRIF, this is a way to own a piece of USF at a very discounted rate - $2.00 a share. Look at news release under TTRIF, you will be impressed with USF.

Andrew,
>A nice marriage would be ION and OSM in my opinion.

I agree with you. It will be a good marriage. ION has great earnings and very strong balance sheet. Glad to know that you work for this co. No wonder you do not want mergers<G>.

Sincerely,
Wade
