<<go ahead and take it.>>

You can be as insistent as you like regarding your own health, but I will follow my own ideas on the matter thank you.

Do you mean I should take Ivermectin? Even if I wanted to, I couldn't. It is a prescription drug in the UK and the doctors would unlikely prescribe it for Covid, as they have to live under the fascist killer Covid regime.

So I take Dr. Vladimir Zelenko's solution. Not the pill sold in the USA, but local UK health stores for Quercetin, I also take Zinc Citrate and a few other commonly used potions. It's "Ivermectin substitute". Vitamin D is key imho. I have been in a number of situations to date, where everyone around me is having Covid or had Covid with various degrees of severity. Some have been very seriously ill.

I take Vitamin D every day, the other potions are only taken if I feel a cold coming on, or feeling at risk for whatever reason.

My reasoning is, "If it ain't broke, no need to fix it" by a change of medication.

I use a common sense approach to keeping healthy as much as I am able.

I do not listen to the main stream media on the matter of Covid, not for real medical advice for sure.

I avoid anything a politician advises, or anything I surmise as being connected to big pharma.
