I never even saw a press release on the sale. There is absolutely nothing on their website. I guess they gave up on their part of autonomous driving. I did find the EMCORE filing.

We've been historically abused by excessive options candy to the executive class of management.

IF this continues to be halted, the numbers will get better.

That may well be the goal of the equity venture fund.

If so capital appreciation over the long run will be impressive.

KVHI always built a quality product, but the family felt and acted as if they were entitled.

Took a long time to take away their dilutive abuse.

Company now has a chance to be continually more profitable.

At one time I owned more than 1% of outstanding shares ( in early times) - got to see that get diluted. sigh Got sick of it.

Sold 1/2 in the 30's and kicked my butt for not selling it all.

MVH was a good mind, but a greedy executive who abused stock holders. IMHO.

Encouraged that he is out!
