That is true except we declared our ndependence in 1773 and 1776 and 1789, and we'll coordinate our tariffs or markets that enable Britain to use our frequencies and satellites. Any of them can be charged as credits against citizens who want to study there, or travel there. But zero if they don't and just want to open our markets to technology, such as buying ARM technology, which Qualcomm wants to sell to SFTYB.
