Hardrocker...

Thanks for your general synopsis of AGTI...your post took a lot of time and I appreciate that...I have purchased on 3 separate occasions, but unfortunately not at .05. Most of my reading was general, and your post brought everything up to date (for me at least-I think your post #1102 would serve well as a reference for any new shareholders to read)...

Thanks again...Bulgar

Jump to first matched term VANCOVUER, Feb. 11 /CNW-PRN/ - Further to the Company's news release of a

(OTCBB:AGTI) today announced the appointment of Mr. Tom Nieman as Chief
Executive Officer, effective 15 February 1998. Mr. Robert C. Silzer, Sr.,
current Chief Executive Officer, is resigning his position effective 15
February 1998.
Mr. Nieman brings considerable experience in the development,
introduction, and growth of new and innovative products in the gaming

years, he has demonstrated skills in managing corporate personnel, as well as
handling compliance matters. He has applied for, and been approved, in
twenty-three Class III jurisdictions world wide.
In 1995, as a corporate Vice President for Shuffle Master, Inc., he was
responsible for the implementation and administration of the ''Let It Ride''
tournament. His responsibilities included the administration of the Nevada
Gaming Commission's field trial for this innovative casino table game, the
design and launch of the multi-million consumer advertising campaign, and the
creation of the Tournament that awarded over US $12 million to the first eight
winners in Nevada. He successfully expanded the Tournament to casinos in
Connecticut and Mississippi.
Prior to Shuffle Master, Inc., Mr. Nieman served as Vice President of

''GameMaker'' is the market share leader in its product category.
''GameMaker'' and the ''Let It Ride Tournament'' were both honoured for
''Best Games in 1995'' and recipients of the ''Excellence in Leadership
Award'' by The Grogan Report.
I have been very fortunate to have been associated with two innovative
and successful gaming products, said Mr. Nieman, ''these products helped
establish my companies as primary suppliers to the gaming industry. My
background in gaming has been technology-driven and as head of the Las Vegas
Research Institute, I have seen a great deal of technology in early stages.
This is what attracts me to Advanced Gaming. I believe the Company's
technology can be marketed in both Class II bingo halls and in Class III
casinos worldwide.''
According to Robert C. Silzer, Sr., ''I am very excited about Tom Nieman
accepting the position of Chief Executive Officer. He has strong management
skills and a successful career of launching new products to the gaming
industry. AGT will be launching two new products this year, one in the United
Kingdom and the second one in preparation for the world market. The Company
looks forward to Mr. Nieman's stewardship for creating shareholder value based
upon AGT's technology.''
