Anyone know the cost of a one million square feet Amazon delivery warehouse?

Google searches comes up with a new 3.8 million sq ft Amazon distribution center in Syracuse, NY for $350 million and a 2.9 million sq ft facility in Quad Cities, IA for $250 million.

Wording makes it seem like the cost is just for the building.




I'd be surprised if it doesn't include equipment.

I think they need the materials capacity expansion when MVF begins bringing the 2nd half of their capacity on-line...which should be by '25.

The cost of materials expansion has always seemed like a fraction of the fab expense but this number is enormous.
