Chip,

Reference the rumour that I had heard being floated around. I spoke with Cal Bruner about 5 minutes ago and stated that they is no truth to the rumour about the Kingston unit having had a fire.

I'm very glad to hear this for all current and potential POR shareholders. I should have my technical packet sometime this week and will be happy to share any comments that I might have.

Regards,

Ron

Chip and all,

I just received a publicity folder from POR. Suffice it to say that I was less than impressed.

First off, I had requested something that would at least show me a picture of the waste oil processor in Kingston, ON. Nope, just a partial image of an I-beam framework and some various plumbing, but certainly not a complete photo of the entire processor as I had expected.

After taking the time to speak with Cal Bruner twice in the past week at some length and discussing the process at some length, I believe he certainly knew that I expected to receive something more than this piece of commercial fluff.

If this is all they send to their customers forget about them ever making a sale. When I asked for a diligence packet from GRNO, the friggin thing was over a pound in weight.

I will admit that the "folder/flyer" looked slick, but it was only 3 pages long with mainly a generalized description of the potential market and supposedly what they can do.

I hope that Cal Bruner or one of the staff at POR reads this as I will not bother to spend anymore money on long distance contacting them only to have my pertinent and in-depth questions blown off.

If I sound upset, it is because I am. I spent some $10 total on long distance calling these guys and what they sent me probably cost them $0.50 to print.

One question: Has anyone even been to Kingston, ON to visit this plant site?? I can't find a phone number or physical address for this POR subsidiary "Enviro-Fuel". Anyone in the Upper NY or Toronto area might want to decide to take a personal due diligence trip there.

Regards,

Ron
