Off topic - Just me rambling on about a lawsuit I am waging that has been dragging on for a few years. Old story; Technical reps signs company to go after long term contracts in the aerospace industry (OK class, Can we say Boeing?). Reps get company large long-term supply contracts after years of work and expects pay after years more waiting for the planes to roll out of the hanger. Then company D says, "hey we can get rid of these guys and not pay nearly as much". The precedent in 80% of the country is to pay on long-term contracts but in Washington (OK class, can we say Boeing?), the politically motivated legal system refuses to accept the national concurrance. Anyway, too off topic to discuss here. The way the local fief (court) ruled means my arguments must be based on industrial age law. Sorry to put it on the thread but this sort of thing cuts pretty deep.
