that last bit was uncalled for...it is that type of shit that really
galls me...i personally have been involved in "creating" financials
from zero, with non accountants...it isnt easy, and i dont
remember that they hired CPA's at $150/hr to help...not to mention
there are other a zillion other things going on...remember, these
financials have to be audit quality, and we know that therehave
been transactions at tmmi that are complicated, without the usual,
plus the acquisition of amci, etc
