I was also told that there will be a press release on Friday containing the financials. I don't know if they will be audited or not, but it will at least provide all of us a way to see how the numbers add up. My understanding is that they are also currently working on the 10K but that it is proving a huge task so we don't know for sure when it will be released. Since we heard the "Friday" date from Ira I think we'll see it happen. -John
