Gary, Some old news from Capital Group. It appears they are an investment management firm of some form. "THE CAPITAL GROUP COMPANIES, INC. LOS ANGELES, Nov. 26 /CNW/ - The Capital Group Companies, Inc., the parent company of six investment management companies, announced today that accounts under the discretionary investment management of one or more of its investment management companies acquired ownership of 268,800 ordinary shares of Newcourt Credit Group on November 26, 1997. The shares were purchased on the Toronto Stock Exchange. As a result of this transaction, such accounts own in the aggregate 8,539,400 or 10.28% of Newcourt Credit Group's ordinary shares. The shares are held solely for investment purposes in the ordinary course of business and not with the purpose or effect of changing or influencing control.
