OT*** Yes indeed, BAY had already a big runup from 22. I may buy if it corrects some 20% on no bad news. As for IOM, yes BPP it may be ready to jump. The question is, however, in which direction! A seasoned investor like you, however, will know how to come up ahead no matter what. Fundamentally, though, I think that IOM faces threats on many fronts: competition from here and abroad (Japan, Asia, etc..) and, above all, recordable CD as they become cheaper and more available as they are much faster than you could achieve otherwise).
