Yes he did. But he wasn't trying to BREAK INTO a restricted federal office.

I'm not sure I agree with the jury's verdict on the cop... I suspect they were dumb incompetents, but I didn't see the evidence.

Are you suggesting that ALL cops who shoot disobeyers are guilty? I sure don't think so. I think America is super violent. Most cops get into it with good intentions.
