Larry,
I used to do that too! I have gotten lazier in later years. So now I just use a flame-thrower on the chicken of choice. No need to run them down and pluck them - not to mention cook them. Ahhh, the smell of napalm and BBQ sauce. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it.
