Terrence, please communicate to Johnny that while I admire him greatly, and am very sad about his accident, I do believe his ideas about sex in the workplace are all, um, wet!!!!! Women or men who succumb to sex, or just general, offensive groping and lewd remarks, are usually terrified of losing their jobs, which they need to support their families. Not everyone is equally successful or independent. Most people in America are just holding on to middle class life by their fingernails, a couple of paychecks ahead of disaster, and would be in huge messes if they were forced to suddenly leave a position. They deserve reasonable and fair protections, even though they are not exalted and enlightened.
