Hi ALL: SEC filing is A GIVEN for all public companies. I am convinced that all the companies will eventually file their financials so they can get greater exposure to the investment community. Otherwise, they will be forced to pink sheets and no one will even look at them again. They know very well the consequences of being in pink sheets. SEC filing is not the big deal and every company could get it done...just a matter of time!! I am little frustrated with the delay of filing by our little COCO...I have thought it over and over and believe that the filing will be done official eventually...just a matter of time!!!! This is a legitimate company with good fundamentals....Just give them more time...It will climb back....may be not too fast like last time rather slowly, steadily and sustainably.....
