robert, thanks for the input, which i won't debate. however, how do you explain their failure in dram then? is mu using accounting gimmicks to boost eps and make it look favorable when txn doesn't?

something to think about as mu has big eps and negative free cash flow.

Why are DSP's high margins for them?

Hi margins are usually acquired by "branding" (ala "Intel Inside"). Or by proprietary technology. Or by manufacturing efficiencies that exceed that of your competitors.

Which one of these applies to TXN.
