You were lauding the fact that say ex slave's antecedents were doing fine in America.. .. true enough.. but that does not justify the slavery... yo seem to make light of that part of the story ... as in all is well that tends well.. it was never the intent of the slave owners that their slave's progeny be successful an equal (Pls recall the war between the states :) The future possible success does not justify the lack of choice by antecedents Get it now ?
