Greenman and Fellow SIDT investors - I sent an e-mail to the company and received this response: Yes, SIDT was delisted from NASDAQ as of the close of market yesterday. We were notified only after the market had already closed. Try looking for SIDT on the bulletin boards under SIDT-U. The reason we've been delisted is that we've been under $1 for so long.
