Brumar, Those refugees weren't getting around the law. You think they're just going to stay here without jobs while waiting on the backlogged courts? They need to support themselves, so they're going to take jobs that pay under the table. Remember, without being granted official refugee status, they don't have the legal right to work here. (Or if they do, then someone came up with a clever, a.k.a. bulls--t way of getting around the annual refugee limit set by the federal government.)
