The clothing trademark for Next Level belongs to the Japanese shoe company, Asics. For tapes...Next Level LLC out of Omaha and for personal endorsements, Next Level is registered to Michael L. Garnes in Jacksonville, Fl.

Asics already has a complete distrubution network established via retail chains as most shoe buyers already know. They hold the clothing trademark, so who is the next level TVSI refers to?
