Hey, everybody. Be sure to stop by the Top-Secret Members-Only Clubhouse real soon and check out the bulletin board. There's a list in there of all the wild ideas people have about this rumor that's been floating around and causing all kinds of excitement. I'd like to know who guessed that we had made an offer on Kuwait. What a ridiculous idea! Cuba, maybe ... but Kuwait? What would we do with all that oil? Sure am sad to hear that CSC is no longer in the running for one of our acquisition candidates. We could have used all those extra warm bodies to help remediate code with our FBN-Nothingator product. I wonder if anybody has kept track of all the code we've successfully remediated without a single bug being reported? Oh, yeah .... about that rumor ... I hope to get approval from the key participants shortly to divulge some of the facts. For now, just rest assured that the huge transaction that has been rumored is still just a rumor. Nothing more, nothing less. Officially, that is. Yep, just a rumor. No facts to back it up. Yet. TED
