The one thing that concerns me about the who Iraqi situation is that the Saudis nor the Russians are in total support of the U.S. operation. I realize that the U.S. is a super power and that we need to take actions which will thwart evil wrong-doings by the likes of Sadam Insane. But I would think that we should at least have to support of the Saudis, considering that Iraq is right in their back yard and they are one of the likely targets of Sadam.

I personally feel that America has become afraid to voice any opposition of military maneuvers in light of the repercussions felt by the oppositions of the Vietnam War. I just do not see the sense in it all and I think that many innocent lives are going to be lost because of a two pig-headed nations and one insane leader in Iraq.

Oil is flowing and Iraq can't reach us with any weapon that it has. Let our allies in that region of the world ask us to step in and lets not go forcibly and piss people off.

The markets should be concerned and I think that if there is a strike against Iraq and the reaction of the Arabs in that region is not favorable, the markets will head south. I am certainly watching the situation closely and I will be hedging all bets as the date of confrontation gets closer.

Wayde.
