Looks like it is an unwise bet to go into naval arms race with China these days. I have been reading that the Bay Bridge in California, on needing replacement, was build and floated over from China rather than built in the USA. A big climb down from the Golden Gate bridge era. To top it all, the same USA State sends Nancy Pelosi over to the tell everyone in the world about freedoms in ROC. She should just stick to corrupt involvement in the USA stock market.
