Then any Democrat who hires an illegal immigrant is just as guilty as any Republican who does likewise.

Besides, what do you call "sanctuary cities," if not useless and hypocritical virtue-signaling?

"Sanctuary cities" go hand-in-hand with open borders. Can't enforce the borders without enforcing immigration law. Can't enforce immigration law if you believe in "sanctuary cities."
