Joachim, I grew up with a hyphenated identity all my life. It's part of who I am. I don't lay claim to any sort of privileges based on that hyphenated identity. Nor do I claim any sort of "victimhood" as a result of it. (If I did, that's just a way of me trying to extract some sort of privileges to make up for my "victim" status.)
