Hello Bob: I just had a chance to review their press release. I am optimistic as well that several things can be read without undue speculation. 1. We now have a population of G-10, G-9 garnets. Some time back., I posted on the Rex thread asking about an earlier release., of whether they had G-10.s . As you know G-10 are the best indicator of diamonds without having picked diamonds in the til. JJ Gurney has plotted G-10 populations and determine with accuracy the probability of that source being diamond bearning., thru micropobe analysis. Obviously the higher the frequency of G-10 occurrance the more likelihood the source will be diamond bearing. There is a direct corelation., which was proved in the discovery of Jwaening mine in Botswanna. 2. The amount of kimberlitic pipes known to exist worldwide are around 5000. One thousand of these are diamond bearing. with probably 50 total being commercially viable. 3. If the world statistics on diamond bearing pipe formations were to hold true., it is very possible we have several diamond bearing pipes. 4. The fact the anamolies are covered by 5 meters of overburden bodes well for easily identification and sourcing the indicators back to the source. 103 magnetic bodies have been identified according to the release. So I think there is a definite possibility there will be diamond bearing sources. 5. The press release does not state numbers of G-10., purple pyropes., but I rather doubt they would have been mentioned if Rex didnt feel they were significant. 6. The press release also states a seal of calcrete., so I wouldnt expect any diamonds to show up in til sampling. But as well., we are more than likely dealing with non-eroded sources.,. 7. I think it another step in Rex program of developing growth orientated developement. The big positive as well., being the 100 percent wholly owned claims can be developed without JV intervention., with expediance to suit Rexs goals. 8. If you recall as well an earlier mention that several indications point to more targets in the North. 9. They now own 100% very large claim blocks in what Luc Rhombouts has referred to as an area not systematically explored. I would also refer you to Botswana Africa where Anglo Swiss., DeBeers., and countless others have been exploring since the early 50. The difference being the Kalahari craton is covered in 100 to 200 meters of overburdedn. So kimberlite pipe identification thru sampling is difficult. The area Rex is working., 103 anamolies have been identified just thru aero-mags., so I am optimistic., Rex is proceeding as should be done., with a program of this magnitude. Also the Kalahari pipes are usually identified with 1 drill hole., and the core is analyzed to see if a kimberlite is verifed. In the case of Rex I believe drilling will be quicker., more cost effective., and results determined in a much more expediant The anamolies do appear large., and support large tonnage implications. Sincerely George J. Tromp
