Leland did not sell. Got the following clarification today from Dr. Bond:

Leland did not sell. Leland was the trustee for Dr. Virgil Place's shares and had voting power and all. Leland voluntarily stepped down in the 4Q from this trustee position, and had to file this 13-G to show change in beneficial ownership. He did not sell, merely does not control the number of shares he did before.

this information can be verified by a proxy statement filed last year, for anyone wanting to check.

Dan'l, I stand corrected and agree, "Three Dog Night" probably is not a good candidate for the official VVUS band. However, their lyric sentiment, "Easy to Be Hard" has genuine slogan appeal.
