If the client wants to buy T-bills then so be it, they can buy them.

You keep adding the risk factor into the equation and I clearly stated the risk factor is NOT a consideration. Kindly stop trying to adjust my goals. I'm not investing for you, or trying to provide ideas to up your game. I'm showing how one specific portfolio is being managed.

I'm investing for someone else that is willing to take on additional risk as long as the income goal is achieved. Once the income is secured, I can then work on de-risking the portfolio.

Keep in mind, I am investing for quite a few people who all have different goals, different needs, different time frames and different risk tolerance levels. My comments yesterday were on one specific portfolio. What I do in that portfolio might be the opposite of what I do in someone else's portfolio. It's all based on each persons particular situation.

I have other clients that went with I-bonds as opposed to T-bills. That's fine by me, it's their money.
