True, there are fewer wars - but they are incomparably more industrial and murderous. There are ways around this problem - just at there will be security agreements and arrangements - there would be rules of dealing with conflicts. Like, as soon as some pre-agreed upon majority wants to change something - do a referendum.

When governments have no power to deliver to some individuals or entities any unfair advantage —- no one would bother bribing and corrupting them.

Ditto about liquid, small jurisdictions - there would be no advantage in having conflicts. Your citizens will get upset - and you’d be out of power vary fast. Stability and prosperity would be status symbols, not bullying.

Again, none of this is happening any time soon - if ever. So far, hegemony bullsh*t pays better.
