DLJ is Donaldson, Lufkin, Jenrette.....

DLJDirect website is at:

dljdirect.com

The chart they have for yesterday shows the high at 46 3/4.

dljdirect.com

I initially considered that the 46 3/4, which showed up on most quote services early in the day and then changed on some to 40 1/2 later in the day, may have been an error or a premarket trade, which is why I waited till this morning to get the time and sale data from yesterday. I figured that any mistakes would have been corrected. Interestingly, although AOL ultimately showed 40 1/2 as the opening price yesterday, the historical chart today shows the high yesterday at 46 3/4. In an abundance of caution, I have sent an e-mail to NASDAQ to see if they can or will clear it up - I am willing to live with their answer, if they answer, whichever way it goes.

In the future, I propose to use the "Historical Quotes" site as our "official" site simply because it has the historical info. I am also willing to write to NASDAQ in the event of any dispute, assuming that they answer me this time so that it is a useful resource.

On this occassion, I just want to be fair to myself and everyone else.
