Today, FMR Corp. filed a 13G, revealing a 15% stake in NVLS.
In another 13G filing, The Capital Group International holds an 8.4% stake.

I am surprised at today's strength (of lack of weakness) in chip-equip stocks. I have absolutely no doubt that these stocks offer tremendous long-term (2-3 year) returns. The question is "When will the real, sustainable run-up begin?" It may not occur for another 4 months or so. I believe that many of these stocks will be available at cheaper prices in a month or two.

But I'm a long-term bull on chip-equips.
