I agree.

I think it is really important to look past the letter of the law when it comes to these schemes, and the question should be, "Is it corrupt, misleading, or dishonest?" Fraud is almost impossible to prove (as evidenced by the 2020 election) and simply isn't relevant IMO. Fraud should obviously be illegal, but not the ultimate standard, since stealing an election may or may not suggest fraud, and fraud itself cannot be proved within the two months following a national election.
