Off topic, sort of (to all watching this string) ...

When you read a financial story on quarterly or annual earnings, what's the most important piece of
information for you?

Revenue/sales?
Net income?
Gross margins?
EBITDA?

I work for newsletter group that reports these financials, and it would be nice to know what folks in
this string think about financial reporting in general ...

Anyone noticing that it's getting slower and slower. I don't know if it's my ISP servers, SI servers, or net backbone, but it sure was difficult to write this during the day.

If you mean Wednesday in particular, then yes, I was having trouble, too. In the morning (6 a.m. Pacific) the pages were snapping on the screen, but by mid-day things were timing out, downloads interrupted, servers missing.
