The Q Continuum isn't a conspiracy in itself. It's just a group of people who share the same conspiracy theories, like the stolen 2020 election, the "plandemic," and the war in Ukraine being a creation of nAtO gLoBaLiStS.

In other words, they aren't the conspiracy. Instead, they're fighting against "conspiracies."
