So Scrapps how much more rain is coming there? The KPIX cameras show a fairly reasonable day there, at least for the moment. kpix.com Since we don't see any Presidential disaster area fly overs (just fly opens), it seems like things may be getting better out there. Here's hoping anyway. PS. Things at SI are sloooow today, or is that my east coast imagination?

Canadian stripped of gold medal appeals decision nando.com Evidently marijuana is now considered performance enhancing by the Olympic committee. Seems to be a change in thinking from when I was in college and they would warn about the evils of the demon weed.
