Just because you don't like my answer doesn't mean its not an answer: You asked: 1) What would YOU do if PooTin uses a tactical nuke? 2) What would YOU do if PooTin followed up #1 with more nukes? My answers appear below: What would I do? First off, I'm not an expert on nuclear war. But I doubt Russia could nuke Ukraine w/o affecting neighboring countries that are NATO members. We're committed to defending those countries. We should be secretly telling Putin that such an attack would be a defacto attack on NATO countries calling for a NATO military response. That response should consist of attacks on Russian bases that launched the Russian nuke attack. If Putin escalates further, he should be told frankly that in a thermonuclear war, he and his loved ones will NOT survive. We shouldn't be publicly threatening any of this publicly but privately we should make sure Putin understands the stakes. God forbid that this ever happens.
