......Wayne,

......Good post! I'm concerned that the combination of negative comments, and premature release dates given by FAMH are in fact affecting the stocks' price.

......It is my understanding, from another on this board, that a Friday news release will include financials. Is this correct? If so, I'll bet you see an immediate upward spike in the price, should the financials confirm the news releases and conference calls.

Good Post Wayne, I think I am starting to put some of the pieces of the puzzle together. If Ira and Arif own 70% of the shares and they are currently restricted, it would be in their best interest to buy back shares. Especially if they have the money to do it.

That is what it sounds like Ira wants to do. Reducing the float sure couldn't hurt. Doing that along with the release of positive earnings, should increase the value of the stock substantially.

It might allow them to get the price up to a level that they can, in fact, move to NASDAQ or AMEX.

I am starting to get very excited, I think this stock very well may move to NASDAQ or AMEX in 3 to 6 months. It is my understanding, that a company can go ahead and file to be listed on NASDAQ, if they meet all of the qualifications except the bid price and NASDAQ will list them as soon as they meet that requirement.

That is exactly what another company I have researched is in the process of doing right now. I am guessing that Ira could be planning the same thing.

Ira's aggressive and sometimes abrasive personality may be his greatest weakness, but I also think it is his greatest strength. I really think he can take this stock to a $5.00 level and possibly higher.

His personality allows him to get great deals like Myriad. And he seems to have the personality of a workaholic that can accomplish a lot.

Keep in mind this is just my opinion.
