The thing about a lot of these startups is that they in essence are just a marketing concept. They bandy a lot of names and buzzwords around to generate interest. They may have some prototypes, and have a sincere intent to do business, but you won't be able to find much out there to verify this. These reverse merger ( not to be confused with reverse split - please ) situations are always very iffy. John M.
