After reading the news releases and talking to management, I find what you have here is a NASDAQ shell that is going to be an umbrella for a collection of companies, most of which are private rather than public corporations. Non-public corps. don't put out nearly as much info as public ones do, so you may not be able to gather as much data as you like. You then have to operate off of what you can ascertain about the parents credentials. Call the company and talk to management, make your participation decisions based on the people. If you don't like the things they say - put your bucks into something else.

In essence, they are trading paper for operating assets. If management makes wise product and people decisions, the co. will prosper - just like any other public co.
