BABA: Buying back stock is as good as a dividend; they are buying back a lot of stock, at a record-low PE. If you bought AMZN, instead of BABA, would you have any meaningful “vote” in the company? Realistically, the way you “vote” is to buy or sell the asset. I know you disagree, but I think I am buying what AMZN was 10 years ago.
