You all know I am bearish long term based on FA and long term TA but we are at trend now from the 2009 channel and I was noticing last night a bullish divergence in the NASDAQ MACD. Just thought I would throw it out there in case PCE comes out good in a few minutes.

Much of this is RRP, not the Fed, so it’s like banks keeping extra cash the Fed already printed at the Fed guaranteed bank account because it pays high interest risk free. It means less money for traders and the real economy, but it also means that money is not annihilated and gone forever. It will be impossible to track liquidity whenever they decide to move it back into the markets because the data lags.

October-November is the shopping season for the market, and BOE already pivoted. Not on rates, QT back to QE.
