So far any way, construction and housing is regional. I keep talking about the housing and construction slowdown but my son in law is in concrete and he's been doing overtime nonstop. They can't keep up. We didn't have the bubble valuations here like other places though. There were a few California transplants that over paid but then other houses nearby went for the old normal prices. Even here in the sticks that happened. My neighbor sold their 59 acres to some California couple who built a big huge pole barn and tried to run a second hand store out of it not knowing we all use auctions to get our stuff. They went under and sold for a big loss to a local boat shop that was looking to expand. Feels like a whole day already. Can't believe there's still 3 hours left.
