by doing that now you can only show the loss for this year, but if someone still has it in their statement, you can pretend you wrote it off effective december 1997 if you can show that their is really no hope for this company ... which can be done. apparently someone living around there said the sign is down and someone is in ... dead beats from the previous company as someone stated !
