dunno.

The numbers suggest that when Team USA sanctions Russia, volume go down but price rises, and

when sanctions China, volume rises xinjiang export rises and unclear about ex-factory price, but cost to consumers rise, just like when China tires, steel etc etc were sanctioned

Numbers must be faulty, albeit having trouble locating the fault
