New Zealand is nice, except to the one group of people doing the most to protect their freedom, that being the American submarine force, who are not allowed to pull into the country and have a beer, because, of their insane fear of nuclear power plants. If not for the American Navy, they would all be speaking Chinese. The U.S. should pull out of ANZUS unless our crews can pull into a port. Screw those ingrates, let them go it alone and let's see how their three ship Navy defends the country for a few decades.

New Zealand is secure, in spite of a small military. That’s because, all over the world, people have 2 opinions of them : That and the fact that they are an island near no one except Australia, and that other countries (Australia, US, probably UK) would help them out if they did face a serious threat.
